Drake’s fourth studio album entitled Views – which is the shortened name from the original title Views From The 6 – was released on April 29.

The 6 is a reference to his hometown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The album has 20 songs, including the singles, Hotline Bling, One dance and Pop Style, and features Rihanna, PartyNextDoor, Pimp C, dvsn, Wizkid, Kyla and Future.

“Drake’s Views is already one of the biggest hip-hop albums of all time,” according to forbes.com.

In the light of the album’s release, Drake sat down with Zane Lowe, a New Zealand-born radio DJ who hosts his own show on Apple’s international radio station, Beats 1.

Drake rarely does interviews so there’s a lot to tackle when he does, and this interview with Lowe covers all aspects of his career and personal life. He answered Lowe’s questions openly and genuinely.

The thing I most liked about this interview was that instead of the question and answer routine a “normal” interview usually goes by, it just seemed like a relaxed and effortless catch up between two acquaintances. Lowe was the perfect man for the job (and I’m not being biased).

During the interview he covers an array of topics, with Lowe going no holds barred with his questions, delving into his personal life as well as his professional life. As humans, we can’t help but want to hear all the juicy details so that’s what makes this interview what it is. Great.
